What are your fees?
The initial consultation, during which we gain a better understanding of your business and needs, is free. We then review your transactions over the previous 6 months. Finally, we put together a written proposal outlining the services we will provide and what it will cost.

What if I change my mind and decide to cancel your service?
You can cancel your service at any time, provided you have paid all outstanding fees.

How do I get in touch with you?
We are available during regular business hours via phone and email.

How do I send you my documents (bills, bank statements, etc.)?
You can fax or email to us, you can send them to us on a regular basis, or you can have them sent directly to us. We will work this out together when you first start using our services.

Does Ajax Accounting offer year end and tax preparation services?
Yes. Based on bookkeeping work, we will compile financial statements and will prepare tax return for the business.
